We offer the following woods on a special run basis – lead time will apply also minimum quantities may apply on some items.

EnkaFlex®, a flexible option from Enkeboll Designs. Vastly different than traditional wood carvings, EnkaFlex® flexes to fit radius contours and shapes. EnkaFlex® is made from polymer resin; it looks identical to carved wood and can be painted or stained to match many colors.
Perfect for interior and exterior applications, it will not deteriorate and doesn’t contain joints that can crack and open over time. The EnkaFlex® series captures the essence and details of our wide range of wood designs, making it a perfect solution.
Enkeboll can customize to meet specific design needs. We can modify an existing design in our product line or assist in creating a completely one of a kind piece to meet special design requirements.
In order for Enkeboll to begin the custom quote process we will require:
- A drawing or photograph of the item, specifying dimensions, quantity, wood species and any other pertinent information.
Enkeboll’s production team will normally quote within 48 hrs. (2 business days)
The Customer Service team will remit the quote via email or fax to the customer.
Prices are net and no additional discounts are given. Freight is additional.
Once the quote is approved:
• A 50% deposit will be required to begin the order.
• Enkeboll customer service will remit to customer a drawing with all pertinent information.
• Customer will be required to sign and authorize the drawing and return back to Enkeboll.
Lead time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks from receipt of deposit. Please call customer service for a more accurate quote.

30 day return policy strictly enforced.
25% restocking charge will apply on all returns. 10% exchange fee will apply on all exchanges.
No returns accepted on special woods, customized orders (e.g. columns, mantels) or on material that has been ﬁnished or altered in any way.
All returns must be properly packaged. Items will be inspected upon return before a credit will be issued.
No credit will be given on unauthorized returns. Factory RMA # is required.

Freight charges will be added to all orders.
The minimum shipping charge for orders under $200.00, shipping in U.S.A. or Canada, via UPS/FedEx is $16.00.
Oversized packages (over 8ft in length) or exceeding size limits ship by Common Carrier minimum Freight $200.00 for orders under $1000.00.
Credit card orders may ship freight prepaid.
Contents must be inspected upon receipt and re-stored in packing until installation. Please see warranty*.
Canada Returns are subject to brokerage/customs charges beyond our control. Charges will be billed to the returning party.
Pre-arrangements for payment of brokerage/custom charges for shipments to third party must be made by purchaser – carrier will otherwise collect from consignee upon delivery
We will replace factory defective items within one year of purchase date, subject to factory approval.
Our liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of our product.
Defect on the material or workmanship must be reported upon receipt and prior to installation.
Prompt and proper sealing and finishing is essential to maintain wood stability.
We use Water Resistant Glue for additional glue joint durability.
We do not recommend our products for exterior use.
*WOOD PRODUCTS MUST BE MAINTAINED UNDER STABLE TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS REMAIN UNDER WARRANTY

We conﬁrm all orders by fax or email. To ensure that your order ships correctly, please review the sales order acknowledgement.
Some orders, which require modiﬁcation, assembly, special quantity run or have been packed at time of cancellation, may be subject to a service charge.
Freight and handling charges on orders refused by consignee will be charged to buyer. When ordering molding please allow for pattern repeat waste (20%).
Some of our panels and moldings may have a sealer coat applied to the back. Sealer must be removed and sanding will be required if backs are to be ﬁnished to match fronts.
Our measurements may have a variation within 1/8” – if critical please ask for veriﬁcation of sizes. All items are ﬁnely sanded to 180 grit, they may require additional sanding based upon ﬁnisher requirements.
